"In spite of the fact that our project was a small one, Dan understood our architects plan and what we envisioned our project to be. The project was done quickly and cleanly. It turned out exactly what we wanted and in fact turned out better than we hoped. If a problem did arise, Dan quickly corrected it. He used great materials and laborers. He was there every day to check on the project and was definitely a hands-on builder. We said that if/when we built again, Dan would be the only builder we would consider."
